175 g wheat flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
80 g grated smoked cheese
50 g black olives
60 g Oliivi Provansaal mayonnaise
120 ml milk
(1 tsp of dried herbs)
This quantity is for 18 mini muffins.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add the dried herbs if desired. Chop the olives into smaller pieces and add together with grated cheese to other ingredients. Lastly, add mayonnaise and milk. Mix the dough into a uniform mass with as few movements as possible. Divide the dough into mini muffin trays and cook in 190-degree heat for 10–12 minutes until the muffins are golden and crispy on top. Let them cool for a few minutes and enjoy immediately!
