600 g salmon fillet
150 g Provansaal or Klassik Provansaal mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic
Place the salmon fillet on the baking tray. Sprinkle the fish on both sides with a little salt and pepper. Chop the onion, garlic, and dill. Stir in the mayonnaise. Cover the salmon with a mayonnaise mix and bake in a 200-degree oven for 20 minutes. Serve the fish with chopped fresh dill, lemon, and a nice green salad!
