Dark Chocolate-Cheesecake for Chocolate Fans! If you are closer than 5 meters to the cake, then it will make your mouth water.
It only takes a few ingredients to make the cake and no longer than 20 minutes, and in addition 2–3 hours in the refrigerator for independent chilling.
A genuine mouth-melting cake – a chocoholic’s true dream!
The cake should be enough for 10–12 chocoholics
180 g of chocolate cookies
90 g butter
300 g cream cheese
200 g whipped cream
175 g Jaani condensed milk
200 g dark chocolate (70%)
150–200 g blackcurrants or other berries
Crush the cookies. Mix and add the melted butter and press the dough onto the bottom of a springform pan (21 cm) lined with baking paper. Put the pan into the fridge during the preparation of the filling. Chop up the chocolate and then melt it in a water bath. Leave to cool. Whisk the cream cheese and whipped cream into a strong foam. Add and mix in the condensed milk and whisk briefly once more. Add the cooled melted chocolate and mix it all evenly. Now spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the cake base and let it cool down for 2–3 hours in the refrigerator. Serve with sour berries.
